He tries to describe his own episodes of depression and the treatments which he received. He also talks about the unfortunate secrecy and stigma attached to depression. For 30 minutes Solomon packs in a lot of wisdom about depression and he reminds us that "the opposite of depression is not happiness, but vitality."
