Bob Tyrrell, founder and editor in chief of The American Spectator magazine, was also a syndicated columnist and a contributing editor to the New York Sun as well as an adjunct fellow of the Hudson Institute. Mr. Tyrrell had edited books and written nine books, including: Public Nuisances (1979); The Liberal Crack-Up (1984); The Conservative Crack-Up (1992); Boy Clinton: The Political Biography (1996); Madame Hillary: The Dark Road to the White House (2004); The Clinton Crack-Up (2008); and After the Hangover: The Conservatives' Road to Recovery (2010).
