If you're a film buff, then The Movies That Made Me is one of the most enjoyable podcasts out there to listen to. Film director Joe Dante (Gremlins, Innerspace, The 'Burbs, and much more) and screenwriter Josh Olson team up to host this movie podcast. They ask some of the best directors and actors out there what some of their favorite movies were that made them who they are. They interview a good mix of older legendary cinematic figures (William Friedkin, Roger Corman, Paul Schrader, etc.), along with hot younger directors and actors (Robert Eggers, Coralie Fargeat, Lakeith Stanfield, etc.). Both Dante and Olson have an encyclopedic knowledge of film that they are able to utilize in discussing whatever weird and wonderful movies their guests bring up. You're sure to find some amazing movie recommendations on this fun movie podcast.
